Void Reaver is a tedious encounter that requires every raid member to pay attention and react quickly. When all 25 people do that, it typically is a pretty easy encounter. Download from Filefront

Avoid whirlwind (for melee, this video should demonstrate that as it is from a melee PoV), recover from geiser quickly, get in the water to avoid the water spout, beat down the adds uber fast. If you do all five of these things well, you will get to see a dead Lurker. Watch Shrump.
